Tram Colwin - Watercolor Artist


Tram Colwin began her life in Vietnam. Her father was a VNAF helicopter pilot. Who spent almost three years in Communist concentration camp after the Vietnam war ended in April, 1975. Her Mother fought the Vietnamese government to keep their home. Soon her family realized that they had to make a change and come to America. So when Tram was 7, she and her family moved to Bentonville Arkansas. She recounts communicating with the other kids via drawings she would make. This was only the start of her journey to become an artist. Today she is a full-time watercolor artist working in Northwest Arkansas.
