The owners are committed to using authentic New Orleans products combined with the chef’s personal recipes: Fresh Louisiana Gulf Oysters, bread from Gambino’s, Boscoli olive salad, Louisiana hot sauce, fresh andouille from South Louisiana, and many more Louisiana products.
