28 Springs is the restaurant of Downtown Siloam Springs; located in a renovated dealership on the corner of the Historic District. 28 Spring’s loves the amazing conversations that happen around good food and drink, and being part of the vibrant food scene in downtown Siloam Springs and Northwest Arkansas. They work with great local farmers, and their menu changes with the seasons to show off the best of what they are growing. The 28 Springs team loves cozy British pubs and Paris sidewalk cafes and the uniquely American cocktail scene, and the bar embraces all of those influences.
